Our office is located at 59 Green Street at the main Courthouse in the historic downtown square in Grenada, Mississippi. Our office is Suite #8 and our office hours are 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday. You can reach us by phone at (662) 226-1941 or fax at (662) 227-2865. The Circuit Clerk's office handles all aspects of voter registration including address changes. Our office is responsible for conducting all elections for the county and we assist in city and school board elections. We also issue marriage licenses and can provide copies of a marriage license for a fee. Our court handles both Criminal and Civil cases. Circuit Court deals with all felony criminal cases and criminal appeals from both the Justice and Municipal Courts. Civil Court consists of all civil suits of $3500.00 or more and Petitions for Hardship License. This office also enrolls all liens rendered by the State Tax Commission and the Mississippi Department of Employment Security. Money judgments can also be enrolled in our office for $5.00.
